We are currently seeking an individual to take on the responsibility of developing our activities in the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, and Medical Device industries in the Auvergne Rhône Alpes region. The selected candidate will be responsible for commercial development, recruitment, team management, and financial management of their unit.

Commercial Development:

  • Contributes to the company’s development strategy.
  • Builds a client portfolio.
  • Prospects and meets with new clients.
  • Understands client needs and proposes technical solutions.
  • Prepares service proposals.
  • Negotiates contracts.


  • Recruits a team of consulting engineers.
  • Identifies and attracts talent.
  • Sources candidates from platforms and various social networks.
  • Conducts interviews during the recruitment process.

Team Management:

  • Manages the career paths of consultants.
  • Supports the professional and personal development of consultants.
  • Assists companies through strategic projects in technical assistance, project management, consultancy, auditing, and/or training.

Financial Management:

  • Manages their unit/profit center and projects.
  • Is responsible for the performance of their team’s projects.

Graduated from an engineering school or management/business school, you are eager to develop your skills in commercial and management domains.

  • Capacity to handle budgets and projects
